Returns

We hope you’re happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt. All products must be returned in their original condition — unused, unwashed, and unaltered.

How to Return

Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
We recommend keeping the original packaging until you’ve decided to keep your item — you can reuse it for the return shipment.

Please pack your item(s) securely, include a copy of your order confirmation, and send to:

Once your return has arrived, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method in the same currency as the purchase.

Exchanges

We’re happy to offer free exchanges for products within the same category and value (e.g., one floor mat for another floor mat design).

If you’d like to exchange an item from an existing or delivered order, please return the original product and place a new order for the desired item.

How to Exchange

Step 1:
Email us at service@nouinoui.com and let us know which product you’d like to exchange and what new item you’d like to receive. We’ll provide a prepaid DHL return label.

Step 2:
Print and attach the return label to your package.

Step 3:
Drop off the package at your nearest DHL location.

Step 4:
Once your return has been received, we’ll confirm by email and ship your new item right away.
