Terms and Conditions

Delivery

Your order is shipped via DHL.
Unless otherwise agreed, items are dispatched from our warehouse to the address you provided at checkout.
We deliver worldwide and aim to dispatch orders the same day.

Expected delivery times:
Germany: 1–3 business days
Europe: 3–5 business days

If you have not received your order, please contact us so we can investigate with DHL.

Ordering

Orders can only be placed via our website.
All prices include VAT (where applicable) but exclude shipping.
Ownership of the goods remains with NOUI NOUI until full payment has been received.

You will receive an order confirmation by email after placing your order. This confirmation does not constitute a binding contract. The purchase agreement is only concluded when the goods have been dispatched.
For prepayments, the order will be shipped once the full amount has been received.

We reserve the right to refuse orders, especially if resale for commercial purposes is suspected.

Changes to Services and Prices

Product prices may change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue parts of our service without prior notice or liability.

Return and Refund Policy

Return Period: 30 days from receipt of the item.
Applies only to unused items in original condition with all labels attached.
Return shipping is at your own expense.

How to return:

Once we have received the package, we will refund the amount to the original payment method.

Switzerland: For deliveries to Switzerland, the agreement is concluded with MeinEinkauf AG, which handles customs and invoicing. This service is included in your purchase price.

Exchanges

We offer free exchanges within the same product category and price level (e.g., one mat design for another).

How to exchange:
1. Email servive@nouinoui.com with the product you want to exchange.
2. We will send you a prepaid DHL return label.
3. Print and attach the label to the package.
4. Drop off the package at DHL.
Once we receive the package, we will send the new product to you.

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment options:

Payment (at Order and Fulfillment)

When you complete your purchase, the amount will be authorized on your account. The payment will only be captured once the entire order has been shipped/fulfilled.

Right of Withdrawal

You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

How to withdraw:
Send an email to service@nouinoui.com clearly stating that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.
You are responsible for returning the item to:

The withdrawal period is met if you send the message before the deadline expires.
Exceptions: Customized or personalized items cannot be withdrawn.
Refund: We will refund the amount no later than 14 days after we have received your message or the returned item, whichever occurs first.

Shipping Damage

If the item is visibly damaged upon delivery, please notify the carrier immediately and contact us.
This does not affect your statutory rights but helps us pursue claims against the carrier.

Warranty

The warranty follows applicable Danish law.
Any claims for damages related to defects are regulated under “Liability.”

Liability

We accept full liability for:
- Product damages under Danish law
- Damage to life, health, or person caused by negligence

In cases of minor negligence, we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations and only for foreseeable loss.

If you have a complaint, please contact us first – we always aim to resolve issues directly.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by Danish law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
If any provision of these terms is invalid, it does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
For disputes, Copenhagen City Court is agreed as the jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
